Obstetrics and Gynecology

All the possibilities of technology, as well as diagnosis and treatment units are being used at the Gynecology and Obstetrics department within our organization.

Before the commencement of young patients’ pregnancy tests, pregnancy follow ups are done with double and triple color Doppler tests, Ultrasound, and NST. Also, with the four-dimensional ultrasound image (4D) the baby at mother’s womb can be seen.

In this way, older age pregnancy, diabetes, hypertension, and growth retardation of the baby is closely monitored and if needed, invasive procedures such as amniocentesis for genetic diagnosis can be done.
During the critical period of entry and after menopause, pap smear test (cervical cancer research), blood chemistry, hormone and lipid profile, transvaginal ultrasound, mammography, breast ultrasound and bone BMD (bone density measurement) investigations supported by the quality of life-enhancing nutrition, lifestyle and anti-aging programs are implemented.

The cervical smear at periodic examinations, gynecologic cancer screening with transvaginal color Doppler ultrasound, pipelle endometrial sampling, probe curettage (cervical carcinoma), cautery and cryosurgery applications and HPV virus diagnosis and treatment are also available.
