These services are offered as online consultations via WhatsApp with our primary care home health physician.

How is the Online Consultation Conducted?

After a preliminary consultation with our doctor who is voluntarily working during this period, you will be charged for any necessary examinations or home care services. No additional fees will be requested beyond this.

Yes, the follow-up period is 10 days.

Are video consultations recorded?
In accordance with the Personal Data Protection Law, none of the consultations are recorded by us. Additionally, recording the consultations is not legally permitted.

What if my doctor wants to see my test results during the video consultation?
You can send your test results via email to the doctor. Alternatively, you may take a clear photo of the results before the consultation and send it to us via WhatsApp.

Can a prescription be issued after a video consultation?
No, prescriptions cannot be issued as a result of the video consultation.

What hours can I receive a home examination following the consultation?
The service time is determined based on the evaluation of the physician and the availability of our healthcare team. If necessary, an ambulance can be dispatched, and our home care nurse is available to assist you 24/7.
