Doppler y\u00f6ntemi ile kemik ve kemikle \u00e7evrelenmi\u015f bir k\u0131s\u0131m anatomik yap\u0131lar haricinde bir\u00e7ok y\u00fczeysel\/derin organ ve dokulara ait tan\u0131sal ve tedavi ama\u00e7l\u0131 i\u015flem ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirebilmektedir.<\/p>\n<p>Sadece tan\u0131sal olarak kullan\u0131lan ultrasonografinin herhangi bir yan etkisi mevcut de\u011fildir. Bu y\u00fczden yan etkisi olmayan bir g\u00f6r\u00fcnt\u00fcleme sistemidir renkli Doppler. Damarlar\u0131n geli\u015fimi belirli bir d\u00f6neme geldi\u011fi zaman ultrason uygulamas\u0131 i\u00e7in yeterli zamana ula\u015f\u0131lm\u0131\u015f olur ve Doppler uygulamas\u0131 yap\u0131labilir.<\/p>\n<p>Plasenta olu\u015fmaya ba\u015flad\u0131\u011f\u0131 andan itibaren bebe\u011fe m\u00fcmk\u00fcn olacak en fazla miktarda kan ak\u0131m\u0131n\u0131 ula\u015ft\u0131rmaya y\u00f6nelik olarak plasentaya kan ula\u015ft\u0131ran atardamarlarda (uterin arter) b\u00f6lgede kan damarlar\u0131 geni\u015fler ve i\u00e7lerinden ge\u00e7en kana daha az diren\u00e7 g\u00f6sterirler. B\u00f6ylece gebelik ilerledik\u00e7e b\u00f6lgesel kan ak\u0131m\u0131 artar. Bu durum kendini Doppler kan ak\u0131m\u0131 \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fcmlerinde direncin say\u0131sal olarak d\u00fc\u015fmesi ve kan ak\u0131m e\u011frilerinde \u00f6nceden b\u00f6lgede do\u011fal olarak varolan \u00e7entikle\u015fmenin kaybolmas\u0131 \u015feklinde g\u00f6sterir.<\/p>\n<p>\u00c7entikle\u015fme v\u00fccuttaki atardamarlarda s\u0131kl\u0131kla varolan bir bulgu olarak uterin arterlerde gebelikte s\u0131kl\u0131kla 20. haftaya kadar kaybolmas\u0131na kar\u015f\u0131n, do\u011fal seyrin bazen yava\u015f olabilmesi nedeniyle 24 hatta 26. haftaya kadar gecikebilir.
